Rates displayed on this website are subject to change. The rate applicable to a stay is confirmed at the time of booking. A deposit may be required and, where applicable, is refundable in accordance with the cancellation terms in effect at the time of booking.

4. Resort rules and conduct

Use of resort facilities is subject to on-site rules and policies, including quiet hours, pet rules, and minimum-stay requirements on designated weekends. Guests are responsible for following posted rules at the marina, in the RV park, on the beach, and on the launch ramp. We reserve the right to refuse service or end a stay for behavior that endangers guests or property or that violates resort rules.

5. Vessel and vehicle requirements

Long-term marina slips are subject to vessel-age requirements published on the relevant reservation forms. We may inspect vessels before approving a long-term stay and may require additional documentation or photos.

6. Accuracy of information

We work to keep information on this website accurate and current, but we make no warranties regarding completeness or reliability. Pricing, availability, hours, and amenities are subject to change. Please call to confirm current details before making plans.

7. Intellectual property

Content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Windmill Cove Resort & Marina or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. Reproduction or distribution requires our prior written permission.

8. Photos and media

We may photograph the property and guests for marketing purposes. Guests who prefer not to be included may notify staff and we will honor the request.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Windmill Cove Resort & Marina is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or resort facilities, except where liability cannot be limited under California law. Guests use the marina, ramp, RV park, beach, and bar at their own risk.
