  • Prime logo placement on all event marketing collateral, including but not limited to
    • windmillcove.com website with link to business,
    • social media (Instagram and Facebook) posts and advertisements,
    • flyers and posters,
    • customer emails,  
    • on-stage banner.
  • Special recognition during the event before the main performance.
  • Opportunity to speak at the event (3 minutes).
  • Booth space in the exhibition area. The sponsor must provide a maximum 10’ x 10’ booth, tables, and personnel.

  • Terms of Service

    Terms of Service for Paid Sponsorship with Windmill Cove Summer Live Music Series:

    • Payment: By agreeing to these terms, the Sponsor agrees to pay the designated sponsorship fee as outlined in the sponsorship agreement provided by Windmill Cove Resort and Marina. Payment must be made in full prior to the commencement of promotional activities.

    • Promotion: Windmill Cove Resort and Marina agrees to promote the Sponsor's business on all marketing collateral associated with the Summer Live Music Series, including but not limited to posters, flyers, banners, social media posts, email newsletters, and website listings. The extent of promotion will be determined by the sponsorship level selected by the Sponsor.

    • Refund Policy: Windmill Cove Resort and Marina operates under a strict no-refund policy for sponsorship fees. However, in the event that Windmill Cove is unable to fulfill the promotional tasks outlined in the sponsorship agreement due to reasons within its control, the Sponsor may be eligible for a refund. Refunds will not be issued for tasks unable to be completed due to acts of God or circumstances beyond Windmill Cove's control.

    • Limitation of Liability: Windmill Cove Resort and Marina shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the sponsorship agreement, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of business, or loss of goodwill.

    • Termination: Either party may terminate the sponsorship agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material provision of the agreement. Upon termination, any unpaid sponsorship fees shall become immediately due and payable.

    • Governing Law: The sponsorship agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising out of or relating to the agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Joaquin County, California.

    By agreeing to these terms, the Sponsor acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined herein.
